Fireside Embroidery and Customization LLC
At Fireside Embroidery and Customization LLC, every item we produce is custom-made specifically for you. Because custom products cannot be resold, most orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing error.
This policy explains when returns or reprints are available, how to initiate a claim, and what conditions apply.
All embroidered and DTF-printed items are produced to your specifications. For this reason:

Once a proof is approved, the final product will match the approved proof as closely as possible within normal production tolerance.
