Custom embroidery is our core service. We provide clean, durable stitching for logos, text, and designs across a wide range of garments and accessories.

Each embroidery project includes artwork review, sizing and placement confirmation, and stitch planning before production begins to ensure consistent results.

We also offer Direct-to-Film (DTF) heat transfer printing, allowing for full-color designs and flexible placement on a variety of garments.

DTF is well-suited for:

• Full-color artwork or gradients 
• Designs that are not embroidery-friendly 
• Short runs or mixed garment styles
   

DTF prints are applied using controlled heat and pressure to ensure proper adhesion and long-term durability when cared for correctly. 

In addition to apparel, Fireside Embroidery can support branding on a variety of promotional and specialty items, including, but not limited to:

• Pens and writing instruments 
• Lanyards and ID accessories 
• Coins and medallions 
• Zippo®-style lighters and similar metal items 
• Bags, accessories, and select specialty products
• Shot glasses and other glassware
   

Decoration methods and minimum quantities vary by item and production method. Availability, pricing, and timelines are reviewed during the quote process to ensure the right solution for your project.

 Not all promotional items are stocked in-house. Some items may be sourced or decorated through approved partners. 

Custom decoration requires preparation before production begins. These setup steps ensure accuracy, quality, and repeatability across orders.

• Logos and designs must be digitized into stitch files before embroidery 
• Standard digitizing starts at $35 per design 
• Designs that are large (such as full-back embroidery) or highly complex may require additional digitizing time and cost 
• Digitizing is a one-time setup fee per design, not per order 
• Digitized files are retained for future reorders

Setup fees are determined based on file quality, complexity, and required adjustments. Customers are encouraged to provide high-resolution, print-ready artwork to minimize setup costs.
 

• Simple text or monogram designs are subject to a $15 setup fee 
• Includes font selection, sizing, and placement confirmation
   

• Name personalization does not require a setup fee 
• Names are charged per item, based on machine time 
• Name personalization is $5.00 per garment 
• Names are retained on file for future orders
•  Specialty fonts, non-standard placement, or custom formatting may be priced separately at our discretion.
   

• Promotional items may require minimum quantities depending on the item type, decoration method, and supplier requirements. 
• Embroidery has no minimum order requirement, regardless of garment style or quantity 
• DTF printing has no fixed minimums, though price breaks may be available at higher quantities 
• Any applicable minimums and setup requirements are clearly communicated during the quoting process

Providing high-quality artwork helps ensure accurate setup and the best final results.

• AI, EPS, PDF
  Vector artwork provides the cleanest results and allows designs to be scaled without loss of quality.
   

• PNG, JPG
  For best results, raster images should be high resolution (300 DPI or higher) and free of compression artifacts.
   

• Text should be converted to outlines or curves whenever possible to avoid font substitution issues.
• Low-resolution or web-sourced images may require additional cleanup or setup 
• Artwork quality and preparation requirements are reviewed during the quoting process
