Fireside Embroidery is a veteran-owned, family-operated business specializing in high-quality custom embroidery and decoration. We offer precise, consistent embroidery, DTF heat transfer printing, and select promotional products. We offer:

• Custom embroidery for apparel and accessories 
• Direct-to-Film (DTF) heat transfer printing 
• Branding on select promotional and specialty items
   

Common applications include hats, polos, hoodies, jackets, bags, uniforms, and event merchandise. A full overview is available on our Services page.

• Embroidery: No minimum order quantity 
• DTF printing: No fixed minimums (price breaks may apply at higher quantities) 
• Promotional items: Minimums may vary depending on the item and decoration method
   

Any applicable minimums are clearly communicated during the quoting process.

Our goal is that most orders are completed within 2 weeks after artwork approval and materials are received.
Orders needed in less than two weeks may be considered rush orders and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on capacity. 

Typical turnaround times vary based on order size, decoration method, and current production volume. Orders with deadlines under two weeks may be considered rush and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

 We prefer vector artwork whenever possible:

• AI, EPS, PDF
   

High-resolution raster files are also accepted:

• PNG, JPG (300 DPI or higher recommended)
   

Low-resolution or web-sourced images may require additional cleanup or setup. Full artwork guidelines are listed on our Services page. 

Some projects require setup before production begins:

• Embroidery digitizing: Starts at $35 per design (one-time fee) 
• DTF / custom print artwork setup: Flat-rate based on file quality and complexity 
• Monograms or simple text designs: One-time setup fee may apply
   

All setup requirements are reviewed during quoting.

Yes. Name personalization does not require a setup fee.
Names are charged per garment based on machine time, and are retained on file for future orders. Specialty fonts or custom placements may be priced separately.

At this time, we do not accept customer-supplied garments or items.
